Pier Bar (Navarre): The Pier Bar and Grill is just a little Florida beach bar and restaurant on a pier in Navarre Beach. Navarre Beach took a big hit in 2004 from Hurricane Ivan. The Navarre Beach Pier was wiped out. The Pier has now opened up again and is the largest pier on the Gulf of Mexico at 1545 feet long. There is a bar and grill at the pier and while it isn't big, it is in a perfect location. You can spend time on the beach and have your food and drink supplied by this little Florida beach bar. On the weekends you can catch live music, and this place draws quite the crowd. It is a beautiful location in what seems like the end of the world. It is also a perfect venue for a beach wedding. Live music, weddings, fishing, big fish, booze. Life is perfect here. This little powerhouse has events to help bring in the crowds and, of course, the fishermen will be drawn to the pier. Navarre is making a comeback from 2 hurricanes and an oil spill. If you are in the area, stop at the Pier Bar and Grill and enjoy the views of the dunes that were almost lost.
