Free State Project (Manchester): Thousands of freedom-lovers are moving to New Hampshire, working to reduce the size and scope of government for liberty in our lifetime. They are working within and without its political system. The plan is to educate and inspire 20,000 or more pro-liberty activists to join citizens efforts to reduce burdensome taxation and regulation, reform state and local law, opt out of federal mandates, protect individual rights, expand free markets, restore constitutional federalism, and much more. While as individuals we vary in our approach, we all are working to exert the fullest practical effort toward the creation of a society in which the maximum role of governmentif anyis the protection of life, liberty, and property. Our efforts have the potential to demonstrate the benefits of liberty, and to set an example for the rest of the nation and the world to follow.
