Chef Matthew Lackey strives to offer responsibly sourced meat and fish and locally grown produce whenever possible. Middle Tennessee and the surrounding areas provide a vast selection of delicious artisan foods. We collaborate with and promote nearly a dozen nearby farms and producers. Wine Director and Co-owner Scott Sears has compiled a superb high-value selection of delicious and often unfamiliar wines from around the globe, the majority of which are available by the glass.
