Classic Crust Pizza (Phoenix): It all started with Alexs great-great grandparents who lived in Salerno, Italy and owned the neighborhood pizzeria. The family recipes have been passed on for generations, the pizza practiced every Christmas eve as a family tradition. The recipes are the same that my family has been using for centuries, made fresh with local ingredients. We now bring the wood fired experience to parties and events with our wood fired pizza oven mounted on a 1957 Dodge pickup bed trailer. Let us be your Personal Pizza chef!
