Cassis American Brasserie (St Petersburg): Cassis American Brasserie pays tribute to traditional brasseries, yet with a unique, modern touch. The restaurant, designed by local architectural firm Wannemacher Jensen Architects and built by JMC Development, features striking elements such as a traditional 26 ft long zinc top bar, dark mahogany wood, oversize framed mirrors, hand-painted cement floor tiles, chocolate brown leather banquettes and booths, and steel metal details handcrafted by local metal artist Michael Peart from PMD Design Studio. Our private dining room is discreetly linked to the main dining room through a softly lit 11 foot tall back-bar. The private dining experience is a totally different feel: sleek, modern, daring. The outdoor terrace offers a traditional bistro area in the Parisian Caf fashion, and a dining section in the South Beach style with colorful offset umbrellas.
