252 Linden St (Fort Collins): The Downtown Artery is a space that caters to the revival of the working artist. We are an eclectic arts space dedicated to providing an environment conducive to taking the leap of faith into making ones passion their profession. 16 studio rental spaces, a beautifully remodeled gallery with attached bar, and two Bed and Breakfast rooms make up our Old Town Fort Collins facilities. Our building also houses State Line Studios, Peculiar Press, PhoCo, and V3 Media Marketing. From our extravagant First Friday Gallery Walk exhibits to the intimate live music series, State Line Sessions, one can always find something that inspires when they come to the Downtown Artery.
